  • Tea kettle or pot

  • Tea infuser or tea bags

  • Small saucepan

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 chamomile tea bags or 2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 10-20 mg CBD oil or tincture
  • In a tea kettle or pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  • Place the chamomile tea bags or dried chamomile flowers and dried lavender buds into a tea infuser or directly into the pot.

  • Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags or strain out the chamomile and lavender using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

  • Pour the infused honey or maple syrup mixture into the tea, stirring well to combine.
