Sugar-Free Cannabis Keto Brownies Recipe

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

  • In a saucepan, melt the cannabis-infused coconut oil or butter over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  • In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Gradually add the melted cannabis-infused coconut oil or butter to the egg mixture, whisking continuously until fully incorporated.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

  • If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top of the batter.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
