  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused cooking oil
  • 1 pound protein of choice (tofu, chicken, beef, shrimp, or a combination), thinly sliced or cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, and mushrooms), thinly sliced or chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cannabis-infused cooking oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside

  • Heat the cannabis-infused cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the protein of choice and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the cooked protein from the wok and set aside

  • In the same wok or skillet, add a bit more cannabis-infused cooking oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant

  • Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp

  • Return the cooked protein to the wok with the vegetables. Stir the sauce once more to combine, then pour it over the stir-fry

  • Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and coats the protein and vegetables, about 2-3 minutes

  • Remove the wok from the heat and serve the Stoner Stir-Fry immediately over cooked rice or noodles
