Review: Pineapple Express Infused Preroll by Rythm
You know what’s better than one infused joint? Five infused joints. As infused prerolls are seemingly replacing the standard roll, more multipack options are becoming available. The latest brand to break out the infused option is Rythm. I recently grabbed a five pack of the label’s Pineapple Express Infused Prerolls to review.
The Rhythm Pineapple Express preroll pack comes as five half-gram joints infused with Pineapple Express flavored distillate. This batch of prerolls tested at 1.82% THC, 45.38% THCa, and 47.2% total cannabinoids.

The black box slid open to reveal five joints, each just over two-and-a-half inches long, half-black Rythm branded crutch and half a lightly colored flower rolled in kief-covered paper. The kief coating was a light dusting and much less thick than the outer layer on the full-size Rythm infused prerolls. The kief coating prevented any extensive prework, but all the joints burned without running or canoeing catastrophically.
The aroma inside the pack carried a spicy blend of black pepper, jalapeno, celery, scallion, and parsley melding together to create a heavily herbal scent. The flavor carried through those spicy notes of black pepper and scallion, alongside a subtle-sour flavor reminiscent of lime peel and dill. There was a long lasting after note of roasted black pepper that clung to the tongue long after the joint was gone.
A sharp fast acting peak of intense body sensations set in by the time the joint was almost finished. Waves of tingles and pressure radiated through my entire body for fifteen minutes but quickly came down into an overall sensation of heaviness that weighed me down. The mental aspect shared the same hard hitting initial peak with dazing headspace that slowed my thought process. After the sharp buzz, a relaxing calm descended on my mind while my energy levels remained steady.
