High Hampton Weighs In On Cannabis Distribution In California – ‘The Under-Appreciated Part Of The Cannabis Space’ – Cannabis Hemp Blog
High Hampton Holdings Corp (CSE:HC) was recently featured in a Cannabis FN article regarding the under-appreciated aspect of cannabis distribution in California.
The cannabis market in California has seen considerable growth since the state started selling cannabis for adult-use in the beginning of 2018. And while there may be plenty of cultivators, dispensaries and growtech providers, the distribution of cannabis if often neglected. To that effect, High Hampton has entered into “a binding term sheet with 8 Points Management LLC and its Bravo Distro subsidiary to acquire 100% of all the issued and outstanding shares of both companies in an all-stock transaction.”
High Hampton CEO, David E. Argudo believes that the company has secured a crucial component for a successful business model in the California cannabis market and said that “In 8 Points Management we have found a well-positioned operator that offers a full-service distribution model for our industry that will help us establish access to major distribution hubs in strategic locations throughout California, including a prominent location in West Sacramento.”
