Review: Cresco Triangle Vape Cart by Cresco
One of the easiest ways to prevent other growers from jumping on to your brand’s custom-crossed strains is to literally brand the cultivar with your name. Cresco has done this with the label Cresco Triangle. I recently found the strain as a liquid live resin cart at Sunnyside Champaign. Interested in what makes the brand so protective of the cross, I picked up a vape cart to review.
Cresco Triangle is an indica-leaning hybrid cross of Las Vegas Lemon Skunk and Triangle Kush. This live resin vape tested at 75.48% total THC and 75.63% cannabinoids.

Despite being a simple metal coil in a glass tank, the Cresco cart manages to maintain brand identity with a few features, such as the clear circular mouthpiece, colored indicator band (in this case, blue for indica), and branded tank. The oil within was a deep amber and very dense, only following gravity with a slow flow after being heated by multiple hits.
The flavor profile was a reversals of most vape carts with a savory front end of roasted red pepper combined with hot oregano and basil, while the backend turned sweeter with candied lemon lime cutting through the spicy roasted top end. Surprisingly sticky, the flavor clung to the palate and hints of roasted pepper and lemon were still detectable on my palate for more than ten minutes after a vape sesh.
Cresco Triangle leaned into the indica label with a slow building brain haze that left my train of thought disjointed and hard to follow. After this initial fogginess cleared though, a deep-seated calm took over my headspace and lasted for more than an hour. Physically, a sensation of lightness built slowly into a pleasant floating-body buzz at the peak but disappeared faster than the mental effects.
