Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
In a saucepan, melt the cannabis-infused coconut oil or butter over low heat. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the melted cannabis-infused coconut oil or butter to the egg mixture, whisking continuously until fully incorporated.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips on top of the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
