  • 4 cups of whole milk
  • 3-4 grams of decarboxylated cannabis flower
  • Optional Sweetener of your choice (e.g., sugar, honey, maple syrup)
  • Decarboxylate the cannabis: Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C). Spread the decarboxylated cannabis flower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cannabis is lightly toasted and golden brown. This step activates the THC in the cannabis for optimal potency.

  • Infuse the milk: In a saucepan, combine the whole milk and decarboxylated cannabis flower. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30-45 minutes. Be careful not to let the mixture boil or simmer, as this can degrade the cannabinoids.
